4️⃣ We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

📌 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

✅ Be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
✅ All original components included.
✅ Provide proof of purchase (email confirmation or order number).
✅ Package securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
✅ If possible, keep barcodes intact.

📌 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. For a refund or replacement, we require:

📷 A clear photo of the damage.
📌 Your order number, address, and full name.

📌 No complicated questions! We'll review the damage with our supplier and arrange a refund or replacement.

📌 REFUNDS

If your return is approved, the refund will automatically be processed to the original payment method within a few days.
